Friends of The Fisher Theatre

The Fisher Theatre is a registered charity (Charity number 1062353) and receives no revenue funding from any institution, so its future is in your hands.

We value everyone who buys a ticket and comes to a performance or has a meal or a drink in our Stage Door Café Bar because it is that support which helps the theatre survive.

There are other ways you can help keep The Fisher Theatre as a great venue and a place of inspiration and enjoyment for the community.

1. Become a volunteer
• We welcome the help of our many volunteers who give their time freely to help us run the theatre.

2. Join our lottery
• You can join our lottery and for just £2 per month have the chance of winning £100 in the draw that takes place twice a month.

3. Include a Legacy to The Fisher Theatre in your will
• For many reasons supporters have included a legacy to The Fisher Theatre in their will.
  Some feel that a focal point for the community is essential, while others see the arts as an important part of life that should be available to all.
  It is easy to do and will directly help secure the future of The Fisher Theatre and our aims of staging theatrical performances and supporting our Youth Group and new and aspiring artists.

If you are able to support the Fisher with a legacy in your will a brochure is available on request from the Box Office.

4. Become a ‘Fisher Star’
• Join the supporters who are passionate about the theatre and want to help secure the future of the Fisher in Bungay.
  In return for a monthly donation of £10 you will receive regular updates, recognition in the theatre and invitations to special events.
  Pledge your support of the arts, theatre and community and become a Fisher Star.
